    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Proactively assists the Boutique Manager in making accurate and precise diagnosis based on a solid performance KPIs analysis, review of individual & collective competencies and achievements, as well as boutique and competitive environment, to propose and define ad hoc action plans to achieve brand, boutique and product category sales targets
  • Leads the creation, implementation and monitoring of the action plans, and related ROI with specific focus on day-to-day sales and clienteling activities
  • Assists the Boutique Manager in ensuring a unique and high professional client service, personalised approach and memorable in-store experience by every team member
  • Assists the Boutique Manager in implementing and monitoring a strong clienteling proactivity from each member of the team, the regularity and accuracy of individual and collective prospection actions, and the efficiency of proposed initiatives to enlarge the boutique's and staff clients portfolio, insuring the right level of ROI of CRM programs and the accuracy and actions
  • Position & establish him/herself as a well-known referent and Ambassador of the Maison and grow a visible personal presence in Florence and outside
  • Give solid support the Boutique Manager to build direct fruitful and long-lasting relationships with a constantly growing network of VIPs and influential people
  • Coach all team members in the development of their own prospects and clients portfolio
  • Monitoring competition's initiatives (product launches, retailtainement activities, client events and treatments....)
  • Establish a positive, engaging and dynamic work atmosphere
  • Ensures the day-to-day coordination, training, coaching and motivation of the boutique team
  • Insures the proper implementation all brand and boutique policies, procedures and guidelines and warrantees the proper respect of compliance rules and principles
  • PROFILE

  • Well-structured, business driven with strong analytical and leadership skills, organized, autonomous
  • Confirmed management experience, and retail / boutique background, non-necessarily in the luxury sector
  • Customer service skills, empathy, team spirit & benevolence
  • Excellent organizational, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Strong leadership, assertiveness & ability to motivate and develop a team
  • Flexible mindset and ability to drive change and embark teams. At ease in working in a fast-paced retail store environment
  • Proactive approach in analysing business needs and allocate means and resources to reach targets
  • Relevant, strong and extensive prior professional experience
  • Fluent in Italian and English, additional languages are a plus
