Job purposeThe Logistics Operation trainee will follow on a daily basis the logistics activities for Bridgestone South Region, with the aim to ensure superior service at optimal costs for Bridgestone's customers and internal stakeholders.

Main responsibilities Support the team in below activities:

Set priority for inbound and managing inbound schedule with sources Work closely with supply planning and customer service teams to ensure resource is in place to manage operational volumes and throughput.

Ensure robust communication channels are maintained for impactedstakeholders. Follow daily all operational processes to meet customer needs and solve issues.

Monitor warehousing interface to ensure data availability and consistency Assure accurate Inventory management (stock control; stock in transit; discrepancy adjustment; DOT management) Capabilities analytical and problem solving skills; ability to cope with various and changing customer demands.

Ability to analyze and interpret data to improve operations. Ability to synthesize and communicate outcomes of analysis clearly and effectively. Good English Preferred Experience Supply Chain or Business related Master's degree.
