    Il nostro cliente è uno dei principali tour operator italiani specializzato in viaggi di gruppo organizzati itinerari culturali e proposte di viaggio curate nei minimi dettagli. L'azienda nasce a fine anni 70 e vanta oltre 40 anni di esperienza nel settore turistico.

    Responsabilità del Head of Booking

    • Servizio vendita dei viaggi guidati
    • Vendita e assistenza inclusa prenotazioni
    • Gestione del pre e post-vendita al cliente

    Oltre alle attività sopra elencate il responsabile dovrà garantire tempi di risposta rapidi ed efficaci monitorando SLA qualità delle risposte supportare il team nella gestione delle richieste di agenzie clienti finali assicurando coerenza commerciale correttezza tecnica collaborazione sinergica con il reparto prodotto commerciale per valorizzare l'offerta migliorie upselling analisi dei flussi operativi identificazione azioni miglioramento processi standardizzazione strumento automazioni definizione procedure operative linee guida per il team monitoraggio KPI performance predisposizione report operativi direzione gestione responsabilità diretta parte viaggi Gift.
