In this role, you will be responsible for commercial deal management on individual opportunities in partnership with Sales and other company functions from proposal development, including technical scope and financial scheme, through contract negotiations & contract acquisition.


Responsibilities:


  • Analysis and evaluation of customer requirement at commercial and contractual levels
  • Coordination with Company functions (Engineering, Workshop, Supply Chain, Sales, Legal, Finance,) to develop a proper tecnocommercial solution, often customized
  • Develop financial models for each opportunity accounting for cost of scope and risks and in alignment with marketbased pricing and Company objectives.
  • Support Sales to develop strategy and negotiation up to order acquisition.
  • Turnover to Contract Execution Team to ensure successful contract launch and execution

Required Skills / Knowledge:


  • Energetic, enthusiastic, and motivated to work in team with high amount of energy to support results directed behaviors.
  • Important to be a team player and good communicator.
  • Excellent problemsolving skills
  • Communicates information effectively through both formal and informal means.
  • Knowledge of CRM Platforms (Salesforce)
  • Fluent in written and spoken English and French

Experience:


  • Previous experience working within a Commercial role working with financial reporting, budgets and contract execution
  • Experience working with MS Power Point, Excel, Word, Outlook

Education Requirements:


  • Bachelor/Master Degree (Laurea Triennale/Magistrale)
  • Degree in Engineering is preferred.

Physical Requirements:


  • Willing to travel, nationally and internationally, when and if required
