Position Snapshot

  • Nestlé in Italy, Milan HQ
  • Undergraduates or Graduates in Economics, Business Management, Engineering
  • Fulltime internship (6 months)
  • Start date: April/May

Position Summary


As a member of the Sales Operations Team, you will provide support in the OUT OF HOME sector, assisting with activities related to customer master data management, customer/agent agreements, and pricing procedures.

You will also participate in meetings organized by the IT Team to define project planning calendars and operational details.


A day in the life...

  • Assist in managing master data throughout the project lifecycle: analyze data, update in Nestlé System, and perform final checks
  • Support the team in managing promotional invoices
  • Interface with the Sales Force to verify the accuracy of trade requests and upload them into the Nestlé System
  • Review current agency contracts and prepare new ones, manage commissions and incentives
  • Organize and maintain sales tools for the Sales Team
  • Collaborate with the IT team to resolve system malfunctions
  • Participate in the weekly operational review of the Sales Operations Team
