Main activities and responsibilities:


  • Manage seasonal orders from initial allocation to the end of the merchandise life cycle, including replenishment and inventory consolidation in the various Stores.
  • Establish and manage rules and setting in the automatic replenishment tool.
  • Monitor and optimize store performance to reduce stock levels, increase stock rotation, maximize sellthrough, and improve ROS.
  • Conduct continuous KPI analysis for inseason performance.
  • Set the Markdown Price list and devise promotional activities and sales strategies in line with management.
  • Define seasonal exit plans and compile endofseason returns lists for each Store.
  • Collaborate dynamically with Logistics, Export, Buying, Retail Operations, and Planning departments to optimize and improve processes.

Main requirements:


  • The profile must have enthusiasm and passion, ability to take initiative, problem solving and teamworking mindset.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, combined with precision and a resultsoriented approach.
  • Strong analytical skills are required to contribute effectively to analysis and derive valuable insights;
  • Advance proficiency in Office package, especially Excel.
  • Excellent knowledge of the English language, both written and verbal.
