Due to our global expansion, we are looking for a highly motivated, challenge and change passionate, forward thinkingFacilities Specialist Based in Italian subsidiary (Verona), we offer you an exciting opportunity to take over a challenging role and contribute bringing our Facilities Management to the next level.

You will join the Facilities Management team and contribute to the development of actual systems towards service best in class and operational excellence in alignment with the company strategy.

We want to work with state-of-the-art technologies 4.0 and enjoy developing agile solutions while supporting the company growth.

In addition, we also offer you a specific onboarding and mentorship, while enjoying developing smart building systems in a modern workspace.


Major Duties/ Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate with the area manager the execution phase of the refurbishment/construction projects.
Managing and monitoring site maintenance activities and their interference with the business.

Project management of facilities streams (hard&soft services) in terms of cost and project efficiency, budget, timelines, quality and regulatory compliance, according to business guidelines.

Provide technical support for specific projects, in the areas of pharmaceutical development and manufacturing (including for example lab interior finish, civil works, piping, HVAC, qualifications).Ensure vendors are well-managed, delivering services on time and within budget.

Operational management, maintenance as wellas continuous improvement of our utilities and technical building equipment. KPI & environmental footprint analysis.
Actively work to ensure that the sites financial operations are meeting or exceeding targets and control requirements.

Point of contact and coordination with external contractors/companies operating on site, also for EHS matters (DM81/08 training preferred);Contribute to the Facility Master plan of future investments to optimize plants operations and ensure site compliance with applicable legislations and company standards;Liaise with internal partner functions (EHS, QA, IT, Procurement, Finance, Logistics) for the coordination of service delivery to internal/external clients;Knowledge:

Experience in companies or engineering firms working on construction field, with reference to construction site activities or project management ;Technical knowledge in facilities disciplines in pharmaceutical plants and related technical regulations/legislations;Knowledge and ability to implement engineering solutions in accordance with Good Engineering Practices, and in general with current Good Manufacturing and Laboratory Practices (cGMP/cGLPs);Knowledge and experience with energy management and efficiency improvements on industrial plants;Good written and verbal Italian and English skills

Skills/Abilities:
Demonstrated ability to handle a large portfolio of multiple and challenging projects and assignments with high level of autonomy and accountability for results;Ability to build relationships with internal customers and suppliers to solve problems;Demonstrated initiative by reaching beyond work assigned to improve output and/or help others;Proven ability in project management skills;Proven ability in use of CAD, BMS and CMMS software

Education/Experience:
Engineering degree (civil or equivalent preferred), ;Knowledge of design software (autocad, revit or equivalent)Experience in construction/refurbishment project managementOur offer:
