As part of our Talent Management and Learning function, you will play an important role in creating and providing training / learning experiences for our employees and leaders.
You will be part of the Global HR team which has team members based in different parts of the world, bringing a diverse set of cultures and skills.
Your responsibilities As L&D specialist, you will be instrumental in creating and deploying learning courses and experiences for leadership development and soft skills training for all employees, on our SuccessFactors platform, using modern and innovative approaches.
You will work closely with the HR team, business stakeholders, internal SME's and external providers.Your main responsibilities include:
Conduct Learning needs analysis and support to translate that to an annual Learning plan
Design, develop and maintain skills- based Learning programs, e-learning courses and training material aligned to the Learning plan
Use innovative tools and approaches to create unique learning programs and experiences that deliver impact for leadership, coaching, mentoring and soft skills training
Co-ordinate end-to end training delivery (online, in-person) and manage evaluation of all Learning and Talent programs
Support to manage learner groups, courses, learning campaigns and communities across learning platforms
Oversee the employee onboarding process including coordination, communication, facilitation and evaluation
Build learning paths, create and assign courses, maintain curriculum and learner groups and manage data in LMS
Analyze the impact of learning and development. Provide reports and metrics using data analytics dashboards
Track user experience and implement improvement of training content, design and experience as per feedback as well as strategies for enhancing the effectiveness of all programs
Implement system enabled Talent processes, maintain data and bring data insights to continuously enhance Talent solutions
Work closely with internal SMEs and third party providers to develop best in class course content. Coordinate with suppliers to ensure that trainings /services are delivered on time, to budget and produce the desired results. Support vendor management for the Talent and Learning function
Collaborate with the rest of the Global HR team for delivering high impact Talent and Learning solutions
Your background Proven track record in Learning and development (3+ years) with a good understanding of Learning and Leadership development
Certification in web application and delivery tools like Adobe, Articulate, Storyline, Canva etc is a must
Certificate in Instructional design is a must
Experience with AI development tools and video editing software is preferred
Previous experience of configuring, testing and administration in learning management systems is a must
Project management capability with attention to detail and organizing skills. Agile methodologies certificate preferred
Experience of co-ordinating training classes online and in-person including but not limited to use of MS Teams, whiteboard, Mural, social media like Viva Engage etc
Digital savvy and data driven with proficiency in use of MS office suite particularly excel for data and power point for presentations
Knowledge of working with Power BI and or similar analytics dashboards
Experience of working in a global environment. Excellent problem solving , communication and interpersonal skills. Energetic and flexible in approach with a strong willingness to learn.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills (fluent in English) and possibly in one other European language eg: Italian, Dutch, French, German
