Support the Group Development & Compensation Vice President in the definition of the strategic and operational guidelines for development, training and compensation for all the Companies of the GroupKey Activities and Responsibilities:
Support in defining strategic guidelines and actions regarding Compensation and Incentive Policy and initiatives for the Group's Top Management;Carry out analysis activities regarding the Remuneration and Incentive Policy for all Group Companies ensuring the uniformity of the processes;Manage the incentive process for all Group companies in collaboration with the local HR Department;Support in the management of long term incentive plans, also equity based, e.g.
Share Ownership Plans;Support in the preparation of the annual "Report on Remuneration Policy and fees paid", and in the preparation of the documentation for the Remuneration Committee's meetings.
