We are looking for a Global Marketing Product Manager Infectiology to join the Biomarkers business within the Clinical Diagnostics Division (CDD).You will be part of the Global Clinical Marketing team and will participate in the development, implementation and delivery of training activities aligned with the needs of CDD; the implementation of the different marketing collaterals into the Editorial Calendar in coordination with Strategic Marketing; and the development of the international congress calendar and associated activities.

This role is remote and requires domestic and international travel (30% of the time).ResponsabilitiesCoordinate, develop and deliver online and live training activities (virtual classroom, webinars, etc.) for company internal and external audiences.

Support the development of online e-learning solutions by liaising with the Commercial Excellence team and external providers.

Summarize scientific and clinical evidence to develop novel marketing collaterals in diverse formats (infographics, case studies, corporate brochures, presentations, videos, etc.).Liaise with Strategic Marketing to implement the different marketing collaterals into the Editorial Calendar, maximizing the value and reach of our content by turning high-performing assets into a library of derivative pieces for use in multiple channels.

Liaise with Strategic Marketing to measure and report on content performance and optimize marketing collaterals based on results.

Coordinate the international congress calendar (event strategy,speaker panel, booth activities, etc.) and liaise with different stakeholders to promote the event and to define and measure the events KPIs.

Stay on top of content marketing, training and event organization trends in order to provide and develop innovative ideasRequired EducationBachelor's degree or equivalent in Biology, Biochemistry, Pharmacy, Medicine or related fields, with preference for an advanced degree (MS or PhD)Marketing specific trainingRequired ExperienceExperience in Medicine, Diagnostic, Life Sciences, or Pharmaceutical industries for 3+ years.

You must have either a recognized training qualification or worked in a dedicated training role within a related healthcare industry for a minimum of 24 months with a track record in designing and executing successful training programs, particularly e-learning programsDiverse portfolio of marketing content that demonstrates the ability to translate complex topics into simple, digestible content.

Knowledge, Skills, AbilitiesEffective communicator with excellent oral/written communications/presentation skillsEnglish proficiency is essential.

Additional language skills is strongly preferred (Chinese, German, French, Spanish or Italian).Ability to multi-task and prioritize projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environmentExperience in the organization of congresses and events (both face-to-face and online)Experience working with remote and global teamsStrong project management skills and attention to detailAbility to understand and articulate complex scientific literature and clinical data into training and educational toolsAbility to understand and use extensive complex clinical data as a key factor in the sales processOutcome orientation and a strong desire to plan to measure the success of initiatives.
