    Siamo alla ricerca di un/una BIM Expert settore impiantistico da inserire all'interno del nostro team BIM MEP.

    Requisiti fondamentali:

    • Esperienza di almeno 3-5 anni in ambito progettazione BIM nel settore impiantistico
    • Competenze di progettazione meccanica e/o elettrica;
    • Competenze di gestione del team e coordinamento attività di progettazione;
    • Conoscenza approfondita dei processi BIM, della normativa e degli standard di riferimento
    • Disponibilità a lavorare in sede (Cesano Maderno)

    Plus:

    • Laurea in Ingegneria energetica/elettrica/edile o titolo di studio equivalente
    • Master in BIM o Formazione specifica certificabile
    • Certificazione ICMQ BIM Specialist / BIM Coordinator / BIM Manager

    Principali attività:

    • Gestire e aggiornare processi e standard aziendali per i progetti MEP in ambiente BIM;
    • Impostare modelli BIM MEP di partenza per lo sviluppo delle attività, sulla base delle indicazioni dei PGI di commessa: workset, fasi, acquisizione coordinate, griglie e livelli, parametri condivisi;
    • Redigere e integrare OGI, PGI e documentazione tecnica BIM;
    • Sviluppo di modelli BIM MEP e supervisione delle attività del Team BIM (2-4 persone);
    • Coordinare modelli impiantistici multidisciplinari e verificarne la compatibilità con architettura e strutture;
    • Gestire attività di clash detection interne, data management, quality check, code check;
    • Supportare il team di progettazione nell'utilizzo dei software di modellazione e visualizzazione BIM (Revit, Naviswork, etc..) xkiyazw
    • Coordinare il team di progettazione MEP per un corretto scambio di informazioni e per l'integrazione delle diverse metodologie
    • Collaborare con PMO, PM e responsabili BU per l'organizzazione delle attività di team;

    Intervallo retributivo e pacchetto di compensi

    • RAL 36 €/anno;
    • Welfare Aziendale 1000 €/anno;
    • Bonus Venerdì pomeriggio libero
