As a Piping & Layout Engineer in Robotics and Industrialized Solutions Business Line, you will work in our Piping/Civil Team to design Industrial Plant within the upstream and downstream project as well as green technology plant and is required to:

· provide technical support during bidding phase/Commercial proposal development

· provide technical support during the execution in all phases of the project

· perform technical tasks related to piping design, including study and verification activities relevant to: Technical specifications, Equipment Layout, underground network systems, drafting of critical piping routing considering aspects such as: accessibility, maintainability, safety, thermal gradients, material costs

· counting piping materials based on P&ID and plans

· P&ID mechanization

· provide Material Take Off and Bill of Quantities including costs evaluation for piping bulk materials

· procurement chain management for piping materials

· monitoring of cost and hour budgets

· timely management of change orders and variances from the scope of work

· knowledge of 3D model environments (setup/supervise/navigation/checking)

The Piping and Layout Engineer executes the activities within own area of responsibility, ensuring the compliance with the QA/QC and HSE requirements

QUALIFICATION: Degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar qualification

KNOWLEDGE OF ENGLISH LANGUAGE: B2

YEARS OF EXPERIENCE:

· Minimum 5 years experience in the Piping Design field of an engineering design environment in Petrochem / O&G industry and/or green technology (CO2 capture/plastic recycling/green Hydrogen)

· Knowledge of Engineering international codes and standards

· Problem solving skills and ability to manage multiple priorities

LOCATION: Milano (IT) - Availability to working abroad

Contract type: permanent, salary package commensurate with the level of experience
