Responsibilities:


  • Ensure the attainment of sales targets including turnover, GP, OR, and working capital.
  • Lead the sale team in line with company policies and procedures, providing motivation and support to achieve targets and align strategies and share insights.
  • Define sales strategies consistent with company policies, considering customer requirements.
  • Manage key accounts effectively to maintain strong relationships and drive business growth.
  • Provide regular reports to EU Sales Manager on business activities and results.
  • Establish and manage a network of sales agents to expand market reach.
  • Interface with Italian management, CFO, Operations, Global Market Segment OHV, and HR.
  • Coordinate externally with suppliers of merchandise goods, logistic providers, and subcontractors.
  • Ensure compliance with sales management system standards and procedures for approvals, offers, orders, claims, credit limits, payment terms, and overdue accounts.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Sales Management, Marketing, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, Engineering or related field.
  • Proven 5+ years experience in a senior leadership role within the filtration industry or a related sector.
  • Proficiency in Italian and English, with Spanish language skills advantageous.
  • Proven experience in key account management and team leadership.
  • Entrepreneur by heart with senior personality and poise.
  • Strong business acumen with a demonstrated track record of driving revenue growth, market expansion, and profitability.
  • Ability to strategic and conceptional work as well as selfcontained operative work.
  • Proficient in managing the complexity of highly diverse markets and customers, with indepth knowledge of industrial filtration, market dynamics, and customer requirements across various segments.
  • Strong communication, negotiation and exceptional problemsolving skills.
  • Willingness to travel regionally and internationally as necessary to support business objectives.
