Key accountabilities - Be the key point of contact for its Business line(s) to manage and deliver their portfolio of work with the elaboration of budget, roadmap and resources forecast - Contribute to defining the Core product strategy and roadmap based on Company and industry needs and makes sure all development done by his / her team are aligned with this strategy - Contribute to excellent practices implementation & improvements and ensured they are applied within his / her team.

- Manage and develops his team (recruitment, performance management, training plan, career path and development), leading them to success. - Contribute actively to IT management team generating innovative and creative ideas as a lead Your profile - Proven IT team management and leadership skills, with a collaborative management style - Excellent interpersonal skills for dealing and communicating clearly with the client to management level - Experience managing large contracts with customers in a high change, complex, multi-project environment - Strong prioritization skills with the ability to multi-task on varying projects and initiatives - Experience operating with IT teams in different countries - In-depth IT knowledge in their field of expertise
