INSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE - Italian speaker


The Inside Sales Representative will be a proactive member of our Inside Sales team based in Milano, which is tasked with increasing sales in targeted markets, within a predefined territory.

This position will develop strategic relationships with a variety of C-Level Stakeholders, Key Decision Makers, Buyers and End Users, Distribution Partners, educational organizations in targeted accounts.


Duties & Responsibilities

  • You will be responsible for the entire sales cycle, from prequalification of the target accounts, to active prospecting, demonstrating, quoting, booking and postsales follow up.
  • In order to be successful in this role, you will need a high level or energy and motivation, flexibility to perform proper mapping of the target accounts and identify different stakeholders and other contacts within your target organizations.
  • You must be a team player, as sales is a team sport and the team will need your help, your guidance, your ideas, your expertise and, most importantly, your positive vibes
  • You will need to maintain a high skill level in Strategic and Tactical selling skills, collaborate with Sales Management and Clinical Support where team selling is appropriate, and must communicate all pertinent information to Sales Management regarding market trends and competitive activity
  • Actively involve distributors on a daily basis, Organize and conduct distribution and enduser seminars on the compelling needs and benefits of SET technology and Pulse CO-Oximetry;
  • Do not neglect to update your activities in our CRM
  • Last but not least, you must be willing to learn and educate yourself with the latest trends in clinical monitoring and healthcare industry and the cutting edge technology that impacts millions of lives worldwide

Qualifications

  • Two or more years of BusinesstoBusiness (B2B) sales, with a track record of proven performance, ideally in an inside sales environment.
  • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills in Italian and English
  • Must be a fast learner, a team player and great collaborator within multiple levels of our organization and between different stakeholders.
  • Bachelor degree in Business or Economics is good to have but not a prerequisite.
  • Agility and flexibility to work in an organization thats growing fast
