With the aim of strengthening the coordination activities of the medical representatives' network, we are recruiting an

Area Manager

who will ensure the achievement of sales goals for Primary Care in the area of Puglia and Calabria, by managing a team of medical representatives.

Main Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain sales the assigned territory, ensuring the achievements of the targets and related KPIs for the area;
Ensure proper training and coaching to the Medical Reps to achieve the development of the team;
Monitor Medical Representatives' performance and KPIs;
Participate in the product launch phase, with Field trainers and Marketing support, and ensure the correct implementation of marketing and sales campaigns;
Represent the company at conference activities.

Requirements:

Degree in scientific disciplines as required by Legislative Decree 219 of 2006 and later additions;
At least 5 years' experience in the same role;
Excellent communication, planning, decision making, negotiation, time management and leadership skills;
Good knowledge of English language.
