Technical Services ManagerAs a Technical Account Manager, you should be a tech-savvy professional, able to explain technical details and requirements to a non-technical audience.
You should also be results-driven and aspire to achieve specific goals.Ultimately, you should be able to provide technical, product, and business knowledge to support the customer journey and strengthen customer relationships.
The Role:
Manage accounts - supporting post-sales processes.
Oversee your accounts for trends and health.
Value-based account management - make sure our customers enjoy top features.
Address all product-related queries in timely manor.
Educate customers to use products effectively.
Provide Product/R&D with customers' feedback to help identify potential new features or products.
Analyzecustomers' needs and build mitigation plans with added features to meet their requirements.
Establish best practices.
Requirements:
Solid tech background with cybersecurity experience.
Data-driven with high analytical skills.
With cybersecurity startup experience - a huge advantage.
Proven work experience as a Technical Account Manager/Sales Engineer/Product Manager (outbound)/Project Manager - 3+ years of experience.
International experience with security vendors.
Ability to grasp customers' needs & suggest timely solutions.
English speaking.
