POSITION OVERVIEW

ACTIVITIES

Support talent acquisition process using HR recruiting tools for operational profiles (railways maintenance workers, repair technicians, store men)
Activate and manage internship plan with Universities, Agencies and Technical HS institutes partners.
Organization and participation to Career Days
Support the follow up of People Management processes: provide support to managers and employees to effectively implement the Performance Management System (including Objectives, Performance Assessment, Feedback and Development Action planning and implementation).
Support implementation of company social network and internal communications,
Support the Engagement and Talent Development initiatives to enhance wellbeing and improve the HR processes (ex. Induction plan, Welcome Days, Employees Engagements Survey, etc.)
Support on Training activities delivery
HR KPI monitoring & analysis using specific tools (ex. Excel, Power BI)

SKILLS & EDUCATION
University Degree in social sciences or equivalent is mandatory for this role.
Master Degree in Human Resources Management is preferable
Good command of English (written and spoken) is mandatory
Good command of excel
Knowledge of Power BI is preferable
Proven interpersonal skills
Must be able to work on own initiative and under pressure
Must have the ability to listen
Strong communication skills
To create and maintain an atmosphere in which people communicate easily and effectively

JOB LOCATION:

Sesto San Giovanni (MI).
Possibility to travel in Italy for daily business trip in other Alstom sites and depots.
Homeworking 1 day per week.
