We are looking for a new
Customer Service to establish and maintain profitable relationships with customers on behalf of the company by taking personal and complete responsibility for each customer.


You will be responsible, as part of the Customer Service team, to ensure that all customers' requirements and needs are completely met while upholding the company vision and mission.


Responsibilities:

Responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to the following.

  • Managing customer orders, enquiries and supporting activities.
  • Collaborating with sales, logistics, fulfillment, and warehouse teams to ensure that we are delivering on our customer's expectations.
  • Interacting with your fellow Customer Service team members, as needed, to ensure team goals are achieved.
  • Handling phone calls from customers with various questions and inquiries about Danfoss's products and services. E.g., following up on an existing order, product specific questions, and/or tracking a shipment, etc.

Background & Skills:


  • Educational background in Administration, Economy, or equivalent field of studies.
  • Previous experience in similar role, gained in middlestructured manufacturing and/or Service Cloud companies.
  • Strong knowledge about SAP (SD / MM).
  • Good knowledge about salesforce is a plus.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point, Outlook, etc.).
  • High attention to detail, proactivity and ability to multitask with strong interpersonal, organizational and problemsolving skills and a proven commitment to customer service excellence.
  • Very good attitude towards changes in procedures, systems, etc. embracing them and promote them within the organization.
  • Good knowledge of Italian and English language (written and spoken).
