    Il Ruolo

    Stiamo cercando una risorsa con forte attitudine commerciale e sensibilità al branding, capace di sviluppare la presenza del marchio sul mercato e di contribuire alla sua crescita.

    Il ruolo è prevalentemente commerciale (relazione, vendita, negoziazione, sviluppo clienti) e attività di supporto alla costruzione del brand (presenza nel punto vendita, posizionamento, attività promozionali).

    Responsabilità:

    Commerciale

    • Stimolare e far crescere il fatturato per area, cliente e punto vendita.
    • Gestire e sviluppare le relazioni commerciali con clienti attivi e potenziali.
    • Individuare nuove opportunità di espansione commerciale e di apertura di nuovi punti vendita.
    • Condurre trattative, negoziazioni e chiusura di ordini.
    • Analizzare risultati vs obiettivi e proporre azioni correttive.
    • Supportare e coordinarsi con la rete vendita per l'implementazione delle strategie commerciali.
    • Monitorare sell-in / sell-out e garantire una corretta gestione degli ordini.

    Costruzione del brand

    • Assicurare coerenza dell'immagine del brand nei punti vendita.
    • Collaborare alla definizione di attività promozionali e campagne marketing.
    • Valorizzare l'esperienza in-store tramite materiali POP, visual e presentazioni.
    • Analizzare trend di mercato e competitor, suggerendo miglioramenti e opportunità.
    • Contribuire alla strategia go to market del brand.

    • Spiccata passione per la vendita: ti piace convincere, negoziare e raggiungere accordi.
    • Dinamico/a ed energico/a, capace di adattarti rapidamente a contesti diversi.
    • Comunicazione brillante e persuasiva, capace di creare fiducia.
    • Proattivo/a: non aspetti indicazioni, cerchi tu le opportunità.
    • Orientamento al risultato, non ti accontenti del "compitino".
    • Personalità carismatica, presenza, capacità di relazione forte.
    • Capacità di gestire più attività contemporaneamente con ordine ed efficacia.
    • Attitudine positiva e orientata alla soluzione.
    • Passione/conoscenza del mondo beauty e delle fragranze (preferibile).

    Requisiti:

    • Esperienza commerciale.
    • Attitudine alla relazione diretta con il cliente.
    • Diploma di maturità.
    • Mente creativa.
    • Italiano fluente; inglese almeno intermedio/avanzato. xkiyazw
