We are looking for a Procurement manager.


RESPONSABILITIES:

  • Develop and implement purchasing and contract management instructions, policies, and procedures;
  • Prepare a purchasing plan based on the requirements set and define the purchasing strategy to be applied according to the type of service supplied;
  • Source, identify and purchase technical and operational supplies required for operational activities at the right quality and competitive price;
  • Review annual supplier spend and manage supply agreement negotiations that exceed the budget;
  • Preparation of purchase under the guidance of the Technical Department;
  • Set up and maintain a project costreporting system covering all purchased goods and services projects
  • Budget active monitoring and followup as necessary;
  • Liasoning with administration dept. to ensure effectiveness of contracts, invoicing, and payments.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:

  • 5 years' experience in international procurement and supply chain management in the telecommunication sector
  • Indepth knowledge of preparing and reviewing international contracts, invoicing, and negotiation terms
  • Skilled negotiator with ability to foster solid relationship to internal and externa
  • Highly organized and detailoriented with analytical and problemsolving skills
