    About The Role

    • You will be responsible in any aspects of office management, including but not limited to:
      • responsibility for the supply of office stationery and consumables
      • contacting and managing building maintenance and property service providers
    • You will manage car rental bookings in accordance with company conventions when required.
    • You will be responsible for keeping all occupational safety documentation up-to-date, liaising with the external RSPP
    • You will be involved in the management and archiving of paper documentation when special needs require it
    • You will propose and execute solutions in internal event organization.
    • You could, with the remote support of an IT manager, take care of basic tasks of software maintenance
    About You
    • At least 2 years of experience in office management or receptionist role
    • Full working proficiency in both Italian and English
    • Adequate social, communication, and negotiation skills
    • Ability to read and understand a balance sheet
    • Problem solving attitude
    • Self-reliance, reliability, and conscientiousness
    • Independent, reliable and responsible working style
