La posizione è aperta presso la Direzione Commerciale - ufficio Customer Insight & Relationship Management
Attività principali
La risorsa sarà coinvolta nelle seguenti attività:
- Supportare il processo decisionale aziendale raccogliendo, strutturando e valorizzando dati provenienti da fonti interne ed esterne, rendendoli fruibili attraverso analisi e insight.
- Contribuire alla progettazione, sviluppo e manutenzione della reportistica e dei KPI relativi alle customer base del Gruppo.
- Collaborare con le diverse Business Unit nella gestione delle richieste di customer analytics, incluse:
- creazione di target list;
- monitoraggio delle campagne commerciali;
- campionamenti statistici per indagini qualitative e quantitative.
- Partecipare attivamente alle discussioni di pianificazione strategica e tattica, contribuendo con evidenze analitiche e valutazioni data‑driven.
Requisiti e conoscenze
Requisiti obbligatori
- Laurea in discipline tecnico‑scientifiche (preferibilmente Matematica, Statistica, Ingegneria Gestionale).
- Ottima conoscenza del pacchetto Office, con particolare focus su Excel e PowerPoint.
- Spiccate capacità analitiche, precisione e orientamento al risultato.
- Eccellenti capacità comunicative (sia scritte che orali) e di presentazione dei dati.
Requisiti preferenziali (nice to have)
- Conoscenza, anche di base, di linguaggi di programmazione e analisi dati: SAS, SQL, R o Python.
- Esperienza pregressa nell'area Marketing/Commerciale di aziende strutturate.
- Familiarità con strumenti e metodologie di customer analytics e campagne commerciali.
