What you'll do:


  • You will join the team of People Development & Culture directly reporting to the HR Development Discipline Leader;
  • You will learn and handle the different forms of Assessment tools and frameworks (behavioral, skill, situational) applied to the areas of Career Management, Talent Acquisition and Talent Management;
  • You will be involved in a dynamic and stimulating environment and you will provide support in:
  • Delivery of Assessment activities;
  • Analysis and presentation of assessment results;
  • Development of Power Point presentations;
  • Distribution and implementation of talent systems to foreign countries.

Who you are:


  • You have a degree in Psychology of Labour and/or Organizational Psychology;
  • You are flexible, proactive and focused on results;
  • You have a good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Power Point;
  • You have a good knowledge of both written and spoken English;
  • You are detail focused, you have a digital mindset and you know how to work in a team.

Contratto di lavoro:
Tempo pieno, Tirocinio formativo/stage

Durata contratto: 6 mesi


Stipendio:
€800,00 al mese
