THE ROLE

Procurement Specialist

The person will be responsible for:
Manage negotiations, procurement and strategy necessary to ensure a reliable supply of high quality raw materials, optimizing the T.C.O. (Total Cost of Ownership);
Manage relationships with current suppliers and acquire new ones;
Know very well the technical and productive characteristics of the product to be treated;
Supporting the procurement team and the Global Procurement Director in the management of the activities;
Collaborate with the different business functions ( Supply Chain, Commercials
Sales, Marketing, Product Management) in order to achieve the best result;

ERSONAL

A

TTRIBUTES

Technical Degree (preferably in Engineering);
Minimum of 35 years of experience in the roles of supplying or supply chain, matured preferably in structured multinationals of the chemical/plastic field;
Excellent knowledge of English (both written and spoken);
Good knowledge of the Office package
Ability to solve problems and work in a team.
