Fidia is prioritizing its R&D efforts in areas with the greatest scientific and commercial promise, such as Joint Care, Skin Care, Aesthetic Care, Eye Care and Regenerative Care.

With the aim of devise the business organizational training strategy, oversee its implementation and assess its outcomes, we are recruiting a

Training Corporate Manager

Main Responsibilities:

Draw an overall or individualized training and development plan that addresses needs and expectations
Accurately track training completions, monitor and evaluate training program's effectiveness, and periodically report on them
Resolve any specific problems and tailor training programs as necessary
Evaluate the results of learning courses and use performance reviews and skills gap analyses to identify training needs per department, team and individuals
Manage training budget
Implement coaching sessions and mentorship programs to establish a culture of continuous learning
Maintain a keen understanding of training trends, developments and best practices
Deploy a wide variety of training methods, recommending the new ones, like elearning courses and gamebased platforms

Requirements:

Degree in humanities or economics with preferable specialization in human resource management
At least 7 years of work experience as a Training Manager in the pharmaceutical field
Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods, such as mentoring, coaching, onthejob or in classroom training, elearning, workshops, simulations etc.
Strong writing and record keeping ability for reports and training manuals
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Ability to plan, multitask and manage time effectively

Our offer:

We offer a permanent contract, with a salary between € and € and "A" grading of chemical pharmaceutical national collective agreement.
