Donaldson has an opportunity for a temporary HR Advisor, based in Ostiglia.

The position will report to the HR Manager.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

To manage employees recruitment
To monitor, organize and coordinate the training activities, to assure the training files are accurate for HR and certification purposes, to evaluate financed funds possibilities
To provide generalist support to the business in all aspects of the HR function, including resources, training development, payroll administration within relevant legislation, company policies and procedures
To support the administration and the maintenance of employee records ensuring that employee data is accurate and reports/systems are updated within agreed timescales
To develop and maintain relationships with employees
To maintain up to date knowledge of employment legislation

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

University degree or professional HR Qualifications
3 years minimum of experience in generalist HR role
Good communications skills
Good IT skills
Good understanding of Company Policies and Procedures and their implementation
Proficient in Italian labor laws and regulations
Languages: Fluent Italian, Advanced English
