    BIM Team Lead

    Lead a team of BIM professionals in the delivery of large-scale hyperscale projects across multiple European locations.

    • Manage full BIM delivery across the project lifecycle, ensuring company standards and execution plans are implemented on site.
    • Mentor and manage BIM Coordinators and Technicians to achieve coordinated drawings, models, and schedules.

    Key skills include 8+ years' experience delivering BIM on complex construction projects, strong Revit experience with MEP bias, AutoCAD proficiency (preferable), Navisworks advantages. A relevant Engineering degree or similar is required along with strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.
