Job offer:


The resource will have the role of direct research and development and design manager of technological innovations together with the company administrator and commercial figures in the sector of semi-finished products for ice cream, pastry and confectionery industry.

He will be responsible for studying products and semi-finished products for ice cream, pastry and confectionery industry and analyzing and designing new solutions for different purposes;

  • It will manage all the activities necessary to improve the semifinished products for ice cream, pastry and confectionery already produced and marketed by the company, and to create new products, develop new technical production processes increase production yields seek solutions for pilot and industrial processes for new ones sectors
  • He will coordinate the activities and the staff employed in the various research and development projects, and within the laboratory, ensuring their implementation within the established time frame.
Interfaces with the Production Manager and the commercial area

The R&D Manager must have scientific skills and should possess, in addition to specific knowledge, strong autonomy and ability to manage and motivate collaborators.

Minimum experience of at least 3 years in a similar role through other companies in the Pharmaceutical or Microbiological Food sector


Degree request:
Biotechnology, Agri-food science and technologies, Microbiology Technologies of food fermentation. Excellent knowledge of English.

We offer an initial full-time contract and direct entry into the company for an indefinite period.
