Posizione:

As a Service Technician, you will participate and actively contribute to the after-sales service at NHOA Energy through a truly customer centric and results driven approach.

Reporting directly to the Head of Service, you will oversee the after-sale activities for the plants installed worldwide.

Task And Duties:

Perform the required scheduled preventive maintenance and the corrective maintenance activities on site;
Supervise and monitor remotely NHOA Energy plants to guarantee the full operation of the systems and to maximize their performances;
Reporting on corrective/preventive maintenance and on system analysis;
Remote and onsite support to the customer in terms of quick response in case of failure/fault on any components/assets to restore system functionalities in the shortest time possible;
Perform fast troubleshooting activities through plant HMI, data analysis and PLC code debug;
Actively contribute to the improvement of the Service processes and procedures by providing "from the field" feedback;
Support the production during the testing phase of containerized subsystems;
Support the commissioning team onsite.

Requisiti:

**Requirements: - Previous experience in PLC testing, programming, and coding (or at least basic knowledge);

Fast learning (also "training onthejob") on the functionality and critical issues of a product/system;
Strong interest in growing by testing himself/herself within a competitive reality;
Excellent problemsolving skills/Goaloriented approach;
Ability to work in a team with a proactive mindset and motivation;
Good knowledge of written and spoken English (knowledge of other languages would be a plus);
Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
Availability to travel abroad even with very short notice;
Availability to work on shifts.
