Main responsibilities:

Customer Service:

  • Ensure that orders are processed correctly, in order to ship the collection on time;
  • Give information about order status and shipments, manage changes, force
allocation if necessary;

  • Manage endseason and stockswap returns;
  • Authorize disputes for defective / missing items;
  • Interface with Warehouses and Couriers for issues regarding shipments, stocks,
theft practices;

  • Coordination with other company departments located in Italy and abroad
(India, Belgium, Spain, Romania, Germany).


Credit:

  • Daily check of blocked orders due to credit reasons: release them by obtaining the
necessary conditions, coordinating with the Central Credit Controller ;

  • Credit Review: help Agencies to find the best payment method for the Customer;
  • Credit collection;
  • Sepa DD management;
  • Unallocated: check payments and close related invoices.
