Mission:


The resource will work in the HQ as the main point of reference, ensuring the smooth functioning of the HQ Premises, Assets and services present, with the aim of maximizing operational efficiency.

Further the resourse will support the HR department in specific HR&Training activities (Health & Safety and Apprentship).


Additionally, the resource will take charge of promoting the respect for proper behaviors and rules regarding the use of company spaces and fostering a positive atmosphere among colleagues.

The resource will be responsible for the following tasks:1)Office coordination and management of external suppliers:

  • Reception and

Property Management:
Coordinating with the front desk, property management, cleaning companies, and maintenance personnel to report issues and malfunctions.

  • Office Supplies: Managing orders for stationery and other consumables needed in the office (restrooms, kitchen, etc.).
  • Courier Contracts: Handling contracts with courier services.
  • Mail Reception and Distribution: Receiving and distributing mail within the office.

2)Management of company assets:

  • Car Management: Overseeing the company car fleet, coordinating with suppliers, and managing fuel cards.
  • Mobile Device and

Contracts Management:
Handling asset management and coordination with telecom providers.

  • Computers: Coordinating assignments and providing IT support for PC and IT device setups.
3)HR& Training Support

  • Monitoring Health & Safety training status
  • Organize Health and Safety course with the support external supplier
  • Monitor Apprentships training status
  • Apprentships training registration and classes organization

4)General Support:

  • Support the Leadership Team in organizing the agenda in particular for the preparation of specific meeting/events
  • Organize Events both physical and online (Annual Party, Communication Days, breakfast etc)
  • Managing meeting rooms.
  • Sending internal communications related to the use of company resources and common areas.
  • Providing support to staff functions, including badge preparation for office access, and presentation preparations.

Requisiti:


Requirements:


  • Fluent in Italian (C2)
  • Good Knowledge in English (B2)
  • Good Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook, Word)
