ClinChoice is searching for a Clinical Trial Assistant (CTA) to join an international pharmaceutical company, with a focus on Respiratory, Paediatrics, Rare Disease and Special Care.

This is an office based, full-time opportunity for four months initially, in the Emilia-Romagna region of Italy.


Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities:


  • Perform research on paper Trial Master Files to provide necessary information to fill in a storyboard of each requested clinical trial.
  • Search paper documents to retrieve the information requested.
  • Scan and keep record of the documents used for retrieving the information.
  • Complete a template for Clinical Supply and another for Pharmacovigilance for each study.

Education and Experience:


  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience in clinical research or the healthcarerelated industry, including as a Clinical Trial Assistant.
  • Working knowledge of international regulatory and ICH-GCP guidelines.
  • Experience with Trial Master Files (TMFs).
  • Experience working as part of a large team with proven ability to make an active contribution to the team's performance and teamwork.

Specific Role Requirements and Skills:


  • Good documentation practices.
  • Selfmotivated and displays initiative.
  • Able to communicate clearly and accurately in both written and spoken English and Italian.
  • Effectively collaborates with team members.
  • Proven organizational skills demonstrated by the ability to understand and prioritize instructions and deliver against commitments on time.
  • Attention to detail.
