POSITION
The Retail Excellence Operations Specialist provides support in all the Retail Excellence initiatives/projects and contribute to the team effectiveness focusing on:

MadeTo Learn Retail App evolution and maintenance ("Share and "Play" Sections)
Reporting and KPIs analysis
Team activities support

MadetoLearn Retail App evolution and maintenance

Support App evolution contributing to the design of innovative solutions to trigger the target audience and enhance App usage.
Use MTL retail as a system admin
Establish a trusted relationship with all stakeholders to ensure their full collaboration to the creation and review of App and training contents;

Reporting and KPIs Analysis

Liaising with the regional Retail Excellence, he/she is the key internal referent for all Retail Excellence reporting activities analysing metrics and designing reports to be released on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis (LVMH Annual Report). In particular,
Accurately analyses and collects data
Creates reports that provides relevant insights
Contribute to the development and finalization of the new Dashboard Reporting System

Team activities support

Liaising with the regional RE teams and other internal stakeholders (in primis Product Training) ensure training calendar timely coordination and update
Review training support material and make sure defined approach, templates and quality standards are respected
Improve design, illustrations and animations in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders

PROFILE
