Sergio Rossi, the made-in-Italy luxury footwear brand established in 1951, part of Lanvin Group, the global luxury fashion group of Fosun, is looking for a
Lanvin Group Legal Counsel to be based in our HQs offices in Milan (MI).

Posizione:

Provide corporate legal support for Sergio Rossi

- contracts' drafting: real estate, franchising, distribution, supply, collaboration, intercompany and for all company departments;

IP matters, supporting corporate, external and internal authorities;
Management of LVG and SR insurance portfolio through an external broker;

- corporate secretariat and support to internal and external authorities;

Support to the company's DPO regarding privacy issues' management;

- providing preliminary legal advice for Lanvin Group (including brands) in relation to Italian law;
- assisting Lanvin Group on intra-group transaction projects (and new acquisitions, if any) in Italy;
- participating in and providing local support for Lanvin Group to internal audit colleague regarding projects in Italy (e.g. L. 231)

Requisiti:

Bachelor's degree in Law
At least 3/5 years of experience in fashion contexts or at least 2 years of experience in a law firm with an international vision
Excellent command of the Italian and English languages, good knowledge of French will be a plus
Excellent knowledge of all MS Office tools
Previous experience of managing Legal processes
Strong relational skills, proactiveness and passion for business
Confidentiality, flexibility, attention to details, multicultural approach
Interest in luxury goods industry and passion for the Brand
