    The Team and Role:

    In this role as E-Commerce Customer Specialist, you will be responsible for driving the development of assigned accounts through quarterly and yearly marketing and sales plans.

    Additionally, you will oversee the strategic growth of the e-commerce landscape, aligning your strategy with other company channels.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Support the Online South Head on a daily basis and contribute to the cluster's growth with assigned customers.
    • Drive overall performance on Amazon, achieving targets for profitable sales growth.
    • Develop and manage Amazon and E-tail B2B platforms.
    • Prepare consolidated business reporting for direct managers and the Leadership team.
    • Coordinate and monitor sales and marketing KPIs (Turnover, Profit, IHS, TAM, Traffic, etc.) to identify potential threats and implement corrective measures.
    • Support deployed ADV campaigns and customize execution to achieve business goals.
    • Successfully implement new product launches, categories, and key initiatives, coordinating local campaigns with stakeholders.
    • Collaborate with the EU organization to develop a sustainable yearly sales and marketing plan.
    • Support Quarterly planning, including presentations, data, KPIs, funds, etc.
    • Work closely with the Amazon Customer Marketing Manager to optimize marketing activities.
    • Share best practices within the South Cluster and EU organization.

    Requirements:

    • Extensive account and marketing experience, preferably in consumer electronics, IT, or FMCG.
    • Comprehensive understanding of the e-commerce market and online sales processes.
    • Amazon direct or indirect past experiences are an advantage.
    • Strong analytical, structured, and solution-oriented skills.
    • Solid presentation and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage relationships with key partners.
    • Strong financial acumen.
    • Knowledge of various marketing concepts and KPIs.
    • Ability to drive, track, and deliver projects and marketing initiatives.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel), Google Workspace, and basic knowledge of relevant performance marketing tools.
    • Passion for high-quality products based on unique technology and design.
