Focused Improvement Pillar Manager

The challenge

What you will do
- support the contact points in the plants in achieving performance targets
- actively contribute to the identified improvement projects in the domain of FI with an "hands-on" approach
- drive knowledge sharing selecting best practices and growing central standards/templates
- contribute to knowledge management about FI
- collaborate with local organization and manufacturing central functions in order to frontload issues and suggest best practices for FI
- promote continuous improvement mind-set within Haier Europe

What you need to succeed

Education

Bachelor's degree in Engineering

Professional Experience

Languages

Fluent in English and Italian

Soft skills

Entrepreneurial spirit, organizational and planning skills, team work, ability to engage the organization

Other

Availability to travel (expected approx. 40% of the time)
