Job summary
Manpower Srl is looking for 5 Biomedical Laboratory Technicians to work at a hospital.

Responsibilities include conducting laboratory analysis, organizing work based on the type and number of requested exams, preparing samples and chemicals, and maintaining and aligning equipment.

The technician will also collect and evaluate test results, prepare reports, and provide explanations if needed.

Responsibilities

• Conduct laboratory analysis on biological samples.
• Organize work based on the type and number of requested exams.
• Prepare samples and chemicals.
• Check and ensure the proper functioning of equipment, performing maintenance and alignment when necessary.
• Perform required tests, collect data, and evaluate test results.
• Verify for any errors or technical mistakes in the test outcomes.
• Prepare reports and deliver them to the referring physician.
• Be available for clarifications regarding test results.
• Possess good communication skills, ability to manage stress, and orientation towards results and healthcare procedures.
• Be willing to work on shifts (morning, afternoon, night) and weekends.
• Preferably live in Turin or nearby areas and have a driver's license.
• Preferably have a basic safety course certification (D.Lgs 81/08).

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Laboratory Techniques or equivalent.
• Registration with the professional board.
• Professional liability insurance.
• Residence in Milan.

Contract:
Full-time, 36 hours per week, on three shifts (morning, afternoon, night) from Monday to Sunday.
Initial duration: 12 months with the possibility of extension, according to the CCNL Sanità Pubblica, liv. D.
