- Gestione dei siti online corporate/B2B :traduzione delle pagine global marketing da inglese a italiano e pubblicazione. Traduzione delle schede prodotto (solo accessori) o aggiornamento delle schede prodotto. Attivazione dei prodotti su B2C in base agli embargo global.
- Gestione dei rapporti con i consumatori finali attraverso la visita dei siti B2C corporate;
- Gestione delle anagrafiche e aggiornamento delle caratteristiche tecniche dei vari prootti;
- Gestione delle campagne promozionali in linea con le strategie definite dal management;
- Coordinamento del processo della logistica in relazione alla gestione dei resi B2C;
- Collaborazione con gli altri reparti nella gestione dei flussi condivisi;
- Collaborazione attiva con i reparti prodotto (per analisi di stock per campagne promo) e marketing per la comunicazione efficace, atte ad incrementare il sell-out. Creazione di pagine con immagini e claim atte a supportare le campagne.
