    The Role

    We are seeking an Operational Quality Manufacturing Specialist to join our team in Parma. As a key member of our quality assurance team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our manufacturing processes meet the highest standards of quality and regulatory compliance.

    In this role, you will:

    • Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure consistency and reliability in our manufacturing processes.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address quality-related issues.
    • Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
    • Develop and maintain quality documentation and records.

    Requirements

    To be successful in this role, you will need:

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    • Experience in quality assurance or a related field.
    • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards.
