- Develop project of heating, ventilating and air conditioning systems
- Develop design criteria and airflow balance and energy calculations
- Promote sustainable design solutions
- Prepare technical specifications, descriptions, scope of work, bill of quantities, etc. of HVAC services and all related infrastructure services
- Develop A&FDs and P&IDs in accordance with the design scope and requirements
- Participate in the design coordination activities with other engineering disciplines
- Perform technical alignment and bid tabulation for tender packages for order placement
- Follow-up of HVAC contractors and engineering support to construction activities
- Perform daily work with local and international consultants
- Interact actively with the 3D modelling teams to ensure conveyance of information
- Attend regularly to Client and Stakeholder coordination meetings jointly with the Lead HVAC engineer
- Ensure compliance with applicable codes and engineering standards / practices
- Able to read and interpret Plumbing and Firefighting P&ID's and drawings wherever required
