- Mantenere contatti regolari con altre aree dell'azienda interagendo con diversi livelli gerarchici al fine di raggiungere le prestazioni e i risultati attesi.
- Sviluppare progetti specifici sia nelle aree di produzione, nelle aree tecniche correlate accrescendo competenze di relazione e gestione del personale.
- Sviluppare e gestire un insieme di KPI per monitorare e misurare i risultati dell'area.
- Laurea o diploma di laurea in ingegneria, o discipline correlate.
- Interesse per l'industria e la tecnologia dei processi.
- Capacità di lavorare in un ambiente internazionale e multiculturali.
- Eccellenti capacità comunicative e relazionali.
- Spiccata propensione al problem solving e al lavoro di squadra.
- Conoscenza fluente dell'inglese. La conoscenza di altre lingue sarà considerata un vantaggio.
