    Job Description:
    What you'll be doingConsults/Analyze on more complex assignments and/or projects on multiple Ariba systems supporting all cloud based technology

    • Champions and enhances organizational initiatives by positively influencing and supporting change management and/or departmental/enterprise team initiatives.
    • Identifies and recommends continuous process improvements that significantly reduce workloads or improve quality in the department.
    • Educate and provide ongoing support to customers, which includes all Ariba users on procurement practices and Ariba modules available.
    • Act as a system administrator for Ariba on the business side and creates custom templates, process, workflow and work with IT and/or Ariba to implement – this includes collecting business requirements, reviewing best practices for Ariba modules and process, working with IT team to schedule enhancements and changes, test new functionality and work on implementation.
    • Run and analyze data from Ariba modules and Access databases, making recommendations on queries, metrics and reports; recommendations include best practices on Ariba functionality and improvements to the end process
    • Participates in governance process to ensure enhancements are collected from various stakeholders and reviewed to ensure it's the best decision for the overall system
    • Manage Procurement supplier master list of suppliers, which LFG uses to buy and pay for goods and services, and manages the overall maintenance and standardization of structure and oversees governance for changes.
    • Manages validation and mapping of master data fields (UNSPSC, UOM, suppliers, Currency, etc) to ensure correct commodity codes used to identify goods and services LFG purchases and ensure payments are processed correctly.
    • Manage data structure to ensure consistencies in reporting and classifications spend data; data elements include supplier master, commodity code, clause libraries, etc.
    • Identify and implement future opportunities for standardization in template design and implementation - align ways of working to new template and technology.
    • Manage enhancement and upgrade requirements for all Procurement technology solutions.
    • Manage enhancement process, including collecting, testing, and implementing business requirements.
    What we're looking for

    • Undergraduate degree or 4+ years of comparable work experience
    • 3-5 + years of experience in Purchasing working with Ariba, SAP or other procurement systems
    • Demonstrated strong relationship management skills with internal clients ( management, peers and colleagues); proven ability to develop collaborative approaches
    • Demonstrates excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize workload and multi-task while maintaining strict attention to detail
    • Strong project management skills including, critical ability to coordinate and balance multiple projects in a time-sensitive
    • Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, & Outlook), ARIBA, SAP or similar

    Pay Range:
    $67,000 - $120,700 Actual base pay could vary based on non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to work experience, education, location, licensure requirements, proficiency and qualifications required for the role. The base pay is just one component of Lincoln's total rewards package for employees. In addition, the role may be eligible for the Annual Incentive Program, which is discretionary and based on the performance of the company, business unit and individual. Other rewards may include long-term incentives, sales incentives and Lincoln's standard benefits package.
