    All about the role:

    On a daily basis, you will lead projects and activities aimed at supporting our goals related to Better Solutions in our For the Better sustainability framework, as well as specifically our climate targets, particularly about Scope 3.


    What you'll do:

    You will be asked to contribute to target settings and action plan definition at Group level, also through definition of robust environmental metrics and data management processes, as well as to support external communication and reporting (CSRD).

    You will also support the assessment of the environmental implications of new solutions and products, always considering the consumer perspective and the contribution to Company sustainability targets, with studies performed based on internationally recognized life cycle analysis (LCA) tools and life cycle inventories databases.

    You will cooperate with global teams across the whole organization e.g. Product Lines, R&Ds, Sustainability functions, Procurement, IT, Finance, as well as with external partners.

    In detail, you will:


    Coordinate cross-function initiatives in the field of resource-efficient products (product use and energy efficiency, material footprint), supporting our Scope 3 activities and target setting at Group level.

    Together with cross-functional community, contribute to develop, maintain and sustain roadmap of actions in these areas.

    Guide definition of related environmental metrics and support progress tracking, external communication and reporting, especially CSRD.Manage and analyze environmental product data, proactively contributing to improve internal processes and systems.

    Support assessment of the environmental impacts and carbon footprint of technologies, products, materials, consumer-relevant appliance use patterns based on life-cycle approach by means of recognized LCA tools and international databases (e.g. SimaPro and Ecoinvent, and others).Manage projects, engage and drive alignment with all stakeholders. Communicate progress and results and regularly report in steering and governance bodies.

    Keep up-to-date view on global standards, protocols, methodologies & regulatory requirements in particular in the area of carbon and environmental footprint (corporate and product), Climate Change, Resource Use and other growing environmental topics (e.g.

    Circular economy, Biodiversity). Support competence development in the company and training initiatives.

    Work in matrix with other Company functions, closely collaborating within the team and with all relevant internal and external stakeholders and partners.


    Who you are:
    Master's degree (M.Sc.) in Environmental, Chemical, Materials Engineering, Environmental Science, Industrial Ecology, or similar field of study. PhD or similar qualification would be a plus.7+ years track record/hands-on experience in at least one of the following fields: carbon footprint, carbon accounting and climate targets, particularly in relation to Scope 3 categories; LCA application (preferably applied to the electric and electronic consumer goods sector or in adjacent value chains, e.g. food, detergents and textiles); sustainability corporate reporting and environmental product declarations. A good network of contacts in these areas is valuable.
    Expertise in environmental protocols, standards and metrics (e.g.

    GHG protocols, ISO 14064, ISO , ISO 14067)Robust knowledge of data analysis and statistics; hands-on experience with databases management systems, PLM tools, data analytics and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI).

    Solid project/program managementStrategic thinking and very good communication skills, with fluency in EnglishWhere you'll be:
