La risorsa, inserita all'interno del team customer relation, supporterà i clienti nonchè i venditori e gli agenti e si occupera' di assicurare l'efficienza del processo di evasione degli ordini per l'area geografica assegnata.

Gestione dell'iter dell'ordine dall'inserimento all'evasione:

Emissione offerte
Analisi e decodifica ordini clienti
Elaborazione ed inserimento ordine cliente
Emissione e trasmissione conferme d'ordine
Emissione note di accredito e addebito
Data entry e reportistica

Skills Knowledge and Expertise

Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese (costituira' titolo preferenziale la conoscenza di una seconda lingua, preferibilmente francese o tedesco)

Ottima conoscenza del pacchetto office in particolare Excel

Pregressa esperienza di almeno due anni nell'ufficio back commerciale estero di multinazionali

Ottime capacita' relazionali, attitudine al problem solving e alla collaborazione in team, ambizione alla crescita
