You are an experienced (senior) IT Project Manager with good communication skills.

Stakeholder management and balancing multiple things at the time are on top of the list of your core strengths, and working on global technology projects with massive impact on an organization is something that you enjoy.

This role may be based anywhere in the European Union and you need to be eligible to work in any respective country without sponsorship.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

In this global role as (senior) IT Project Manager you will be directly responsible for driving a wide range of cross-functional multimillion-dollar strategic projects (or programs).

When it comes to projects and programs you can think of almost anything when it comes to IT project management that our organization benefit from.

From ERP implementation to more Digital/IoT related projects literally anything technology/IT related can be on your plate. We anticipate projects in Supply-Chain, CRM, M&A and Infrastructure in the short-term.

This also, of course, means that you will be managing the triple constraints and make sure it is completed within the agreed timeline, budget, and scope.

You do this by taking ownership and engaging all different teams (regionally and globally) to ensure the best solution is put forward and appropriate resources are assigned.

To succeed, you will partner with colleagues from all around the globe to translate business requirements into products, projects, and programs.

You will be the one managing projects throughout its entire life-cycle, which also includes a close relationship with your stakeholders and updating them on a regular basis.

And as a project manager - risk management is also a critical aspect.
You will lead by example. In summary it is quite a varying role with lots of different responsibilities.

Its an amazing role for someone who wants to work in a technological environment that can keep the helicopter view and loves to build relationships.


REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

You possess at least 8 years experience in managing significant IT projects, including global projects and end to end PM.

Qualified inany particular project management methodology, such as Agile, Prince2, PMP, PMI, SCRUM etc.
Youre fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English other languages are considered a plus.
Youre eligible to work in the UK, or any European country without visa-sponsorship.
Well experienced in business processes of a manufacturing company.

Experience in SAP and Salesforce are a strong plus, but we are happy to consider other similar system experience such as Oracle etc.

because as a PM, you will be looking at the bigger picture, not the nuts and bolts of any particular software.

Thanks to your experience thus far, you have a deep expertise with integrations across platforms, and experience in designing, developing, and implementing high-volume software systems and components is more important to us.

As a person; you are a dynamic, and collaborative team player with a high-quality standard. Your approach in driving projects is engaging, consultative and solution focused.

You strongly believe like we do there is always a solution, and things can always be better than the day before.

Results oriented, service minded and attention to detail are words that characterize your personality. The ability to drive change and make things happen comes naturally to you.
Influencing stakeholders on all levels in the organization is something you simply do. You build report and know how to remove obstacles and being part of the solution.

Dealing with the ambiguity that come with managing projects on this scale, is something youre used to, and you have the ability to motivate teams through this as well.

You guide discussions with your good communication skills, and you also know how to bring needs/demands and potential solutions or recommendations together.
