GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION
- Contribute plant business goals' achievement
- Support constructive changes from an improvement project's conception and to transfer the ownership to the team leader as the project
- As real expert in process improvements, to work independently on all CI plant tasks, leading workshops, training other people and
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Involvement in preparation and the implementation of a Continuous-Improvement Program,
- Contribute to business change as a member of the plant improvement team
- Conduct a detailed analysis of the current situation and accurately describes the issues,
- Improve policies, procedures, and processes,
KEY DELIVERABLES / KPIs
- Plant Continuous Improvement plan realization
- Process analysis
- Process improvements
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
University degree in science, engineering, management, or a college degree in industrial engineering, technology, or science; continuous-improvement certification at the Green - or Black-Belt level; panning skills and ability to follow up - deliver results
