We are looking for a Operational Finance Specialist to be employed in our office in Milan by 1 year temporary employment contract, to cover OTP or PTP tasks within the finance department on all operational activities, collaborating with the team to ensure smooth and timely delivery, and ensuring all accounting processes are performed in accordance with corporate and local governance.

Key responsibilities:_

The department deals with general accounting and follows the entire accounting cycle, administration, account receivable and account payable.

The Administrative Office prepares the financial statements and non-accounting reporting.

The figure will take care of the taxes part, mainly dealing with these activities:

general ledger, AP and AR;
VAT (monthly closing and payment, LIPE, dichiarazione d'intento, preparation of data for annual declaration);
Intrastat (preparation and submission of the declaration via the Customs Agency portal);

- withholding taxes (monthly analysis and payment).

Requirements:_
Accounting High School Diploma/Economic Degree
Knowledge of basic of accounting
Good knowledge of the Office package especially Excel (pivot functions and tables)
2/3 years of previous experience in the same role
