    As a result of this growth, we are looking for a talented Business Operations Specialist, to join our Business Operations team based in Milan.

    The role The Business Operations Specialist will build and monitor our organisation's lead-to-cash processes to make sure they meet our business needs and are supported by the robust systems and tools in place.


    The main responsibilities of this role revolve around:


    Maintain lead-to-cash processes that meet our business objectives and ensure compliance, including marketing and sales funnel motion, contracting, invoicing and implementation.

    Provide full and proactive assistance in the scoping, design and implementation of the new/updated business processes, including configuration and integration of the systems.

    Working with the process owner, maintain good quality of documentation of internal lead-to-cash processes.

    Administer and manage configuration of key business systems such as internal CRM, ERP, B2B marketing tool, sales tools, or equivalent business systems; keep track of the licences/users/costs; provide user support.

    Manage external partners to perform system/integration developments on request.
    Ensure all systems operate smoothly and align with our quality standards.
    Monitor customer and invoicing data, to make sure it is correct and compliant.
    Tracking & Reporting - Manage consistent metrics for measuring and reporting of lead-to-cash processes.
    Manage SFDC and NetSuite system administrator.

    RequirementsOur ideal candidate will have strong relationship management, communication, project management and business analysis skills, with the knowledge of CRM and ERP systems (Salesforce, Netsuite).


    As well as:
    Previous experience as a Business Operations or Revenue Operations Manager or in a similar role.
    Experience with CRM and ERP, particular Salesforce and NetSuite.
    Experience with databases and BI software.

    The ability to convert functional requirements of lead-to-cash process into system solutions, by providing the right scope to internal team members or external consultants.

    Exceptional communication skills.

    Experience of SaaS business (minimum of 1 year)Collaborate effectively in a cross-functional team environment daily and interact with internal stakeholders, including Sales, Product/ Tech, Legal/ Compliance, Customer Service teams.
