We are looking for Albergo Reservations Advisors to provide a stellar customer experience. You will be working on behalf of one of the fastest-growing and most exciting start-ups. You will develop valuable business skills while gaining a privileged view and know-how inside the tourism industry.

What your responsibilities will be:
Assist customers with their last-minute bookings mainly through live chat

Use your creativity and intuition to help undecided customers choose from the range of HOTE LS in the Americas, Europe, and Australia

Provide exent customer service by managing expectations and claims in a very positive, polite, and diplomatic way

Handle inquiries and provide timely responses and manage requests

Ensure that the degree of satisfaction meets the customer and company needs

Contribute to creating brand engagement for our client

Requirements:

Have exent writing and communication skills coupled with empathy and team spirit

Speak FluentItalian and English

Can demonstrate previous experience in Customer Service a track record as a Tourism Representative is a plus

Love to identify the customers' needs and propose fast solutions

Would like to develop your personal qualities within a professional environment
